Managing Partner/CEO
Balázs joined Lead Ventures in 2018, contributing to the firm’s growth from its early days. Since mid-2023, he has been serving as Managing Partner, leading the investment team and driving the firm’s strategy.
Previously, he held various finance and strategy roles at MOL Group, including CFO positions in trading and retail businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked in M&A and financial advisory at PwC, MSCI Barra, and ING Bank.
He holds a degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
